World War I Literature and Cinema is a site devoted to providing reviews and commentaries of histories, poetry, fiction, and cinema related to the Great War/World War I. Starting in 1914 and continuing until 1918, this war was the catalyst for immense social and cultural change throughout the world, some of which is still ongoing a century after the first shots were fired. During the next few years, there will be numerous articles devoted to various facets of the war and the literature and cinema that it engendered. Keep checking this site, as beginning in the late Spring 2014, there will be regular additions of material.
